Prokarin is a histimine based gel or cream applied by transdermal patch. Developed by nurse Elaine DeLack. It is believed to be efficacious against MS.

Although not FDA approved, a recent study has shown that over 600 doctors are prescribing Procarin in the USA and nearly 500 pharmacies are manufacturing it.
